Help us find the issue

Include the app name, your device, the app version if you know it, and what you expected to happen. For an access problem, include the email address you were invited with.

Please leave out passwords, access codes and unnecessary private information. Check screenshots for personal content before attaching them.

App access

The apps are in private testing. Contact support about availability or an existing invitation. Requesting access does not automatically enroll you.

For an Android test link, sign in to Google Play with your invited Google account.
