Request account & data deletion
Ask Kaliona to delete your Podbraid app account and associated data, or selected data while keeping the account.
If this button does not open your email app, send a message to holo.kaliona@gmail.com with the subject “Podbraid: account and data deletion request”. The button opens a draft; you must send it to submit your request.
What to include
- Name the app: Podbraid.
- Provide the email or identity you use to open it.
- Say whether you want your full app account and data deleted, or identify selected data.
Do not send passwords, widget pairing codes, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents. You can initiate the request without installing or signing in.
What the request covers
Your personal preferences, private notes, membership and account-associated content and uploads, with the exact shared-show scope confirmed first. If you own a show, support will identify shared content and other members before deleting the show or arranging an authorized transfer. A member’s request does not authorize erasing another owner’s show. Account closure includes notification registrations, task-assignment references, discussion read markers and delivery records associated with that account. Turning alerts off in the app removes the device registration and its pending deliveries.
How it is handled
Support verifies ownership, confirms the scope and explains the expected completion date before irreversible removal. Ask for an export first if you want a copy. Verification will be proportionate; you will not be asked for your password. Completion is confirmed after the relevant database, file and integration checks, rather than when the email is opened.
Provider backups, logs, legal retention and other authorized members’ independent copies may require separate handling. Support will explain any retained category, reason and timeframe. A minimal closure marker may remain to prevent stale devices from recreating deleted cloud data.
Copies on your devices
Cloud deletion does not remotely wipe exports, browser storage or offline app caches, including queued Podbraid drafts that have not synced. After preserving wanted exports, clear this app’s local storage on each device. If the app has a paired widget, disconnect it and clear its local app data. Do not restore an old backup into a closed account.
